Chili Ají (FRESH)

Fresh and undried!

Hand harvested Ají (ah-HE) (Capsicum baccatum) peppers. This year we grew the variety "Sugar Rush Peach"

This species is unique from the garden peppers we are used to here and hails from the Andes of Peru. The heat is similar to Jalapeño with thin skin and flavors of fruit and spices. 

All fresh herbs are available picked up from the farm by appointment or from the West Central Farmer's Market on the third Saturday of the month. Please provide your number to verify and coordinate local pick-up or delivery.
