Oregon Grape (Dried)

Oregon Grape (Mahonia nervosa) root and stems. Harvested from plants in privately managed forestlands.

The yellow color of this botanical comes from a bitter, anti-bacterial compound known as berberine. Having similar constituents, it is an acceptable substitute for threatened Goldenseal. Provides digestive bitters, support to the liver, and eases skin irritation.

Comes in compostable packaging. After opening, please transfer to another container for long term storage.
